Coil Tubing Supervisor - Red Deer, Alberta

This is a full-time position in Red Deer. The wage range for this position is $35.00 – $55.00 per hour dependent on experience (Supervisor monthly guarantee. Signing bonus payable after 6 months).

About the role
We are seeking experienced Coil Tubing Supervisors to join our team. Successful candidates will demonstrate strong operational knowledge, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work effectively in field environments.

Responsibilities
• Supervisors
• Provide effective leadership and supervision of coil tubing crews.
• Ensure all required maintenance is completed on coil units, pumps, and related equipment.
• Maintain full compliance with safety standards in both shop and field environments.
• Oversee job execution, ensuring proper procedures and equipment use.
• Transport crew and required equipment using a personal crew vehicle.

Qualifications
• Current oilfield safety certifications: TDG, WHMIS, H2S Alive, First Aid, Fall Protection, Coil Tubing BOP, CSO.
• Valid Class 1 or Class 3 driver’s license (preferred for Supervisors).
• Previous coil tubing experience (minimum 1 year preferred).
