Cookie Preferences

We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not run third-party analytics or tracking scripts. Nothing you do here is sold or shared with advertisers.

The only things we store are what the site needs to keep you signed in and remember basic interface state.

These cannot be switched off - without them you could not sign in or stay signed in.

• PHPSESSID - a session cookie that identifies your signed-in session. It contains no personal information, only a random identifier. It is marked HttpOnly (JavaScript cannot read it) and expires when you close your browser or sign out.
• Security check answer - held in that same session while you complete the sign-in or sign-up form, then discarded immediately.

Stored in your browser's local storage, not sent to our servers:

• caw_role - whether you are using the site as a job seeker or an employer, so we can show the right dashboard links
• caw_profile_complete - whether to show the "finish your profile" reminder
• caw_pending_verify - whether to show the "verification in progress" notice for employers

You can clear these at any time with the button below. Doing so will not sign you out, but the reminders may reappear.

We currently use neither. There is no Google Analytics, no advertising pixel, and no cross-site tracking on this platform.

If that ever changes, we will update this page and ask for your consent before any such cookie is set.

You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Because our session cookie is strictly necessary, blocking it will prevent you from signing in.

Every major browser explains how under Settings → Privacy.
